This means that 1) if I'm ever reachable calling my cell has no benefit over calling me on my landline and 2) your call can be heard all over my property which has 3 floors and 2 yards 3) a voice message you leave will be found where I expect it and others.

Anytime: Email. Searchable, chrono-sorted, cloud-based, free, non-intrusive...need I say more?

Anytime: Fb Messenger. My property management work requires me to spend a lot of time on Facebook (advertising, responding to inquiries, purchasing, etc.). As a result, messaging me here is efficient because I'm likely to see it within the day despite that notifications are turned off.

Rare: Text. I basically hate receiving texts. This has very little to do with the platform, and mostly to do with the fact that with several other preferred platforms, texting me only creates yet another place I need to look for messages that are 1) not where I seek them 2) not sortable or searchable 3) phone drive space-hogging 4) notifying me regardless of whether or not I'm busy. I realize that this is yet another way that I am different from basically everyone else, so this accommodation is greatly appreciated. There's no advantage to me. If there's a great advantage to you, please text judiciously.

Rare: Snail Mail. If you would like to send me something keep in mind that all of our physical mail go to the Oak Park house.
